ADVISORY SERVICES AND PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

SCE can put together teams of qualified experts who can review existing systems, perform gap analyses and recommend frameworks and specific solutions that can be adapted from Singapore’s own experiences. SCE’s experts are also able to participate as ongoing advisors to projects and plans of partnering governments.

Project implementation is perhaps the most pragmatic way to adapt Singapore’s experience overseas. Singapore experts would work alongside their foreign counterparts to implement specific projects and to share know-how. Project implementation can go beyond a year and would typically be executed in phases. It could include an advisory phase and a rollout of in-house systems that could involve training, both in Singapore and the host country.
