Singapore Cooperation Enterprise organise un atelier de travail sur la politique à Singapour pour les officiels du Nord Est et Ouest de Chine
Singapore Cooperation Enterprise (SCE) is organising the 6th Public Policy Programme (PPP) for Chinese officials from the Western and Northeastern China from 25 July to 7 August 2010. This two-week programme is sponsored by the Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The programme enables mid to senior level officials from Western and Northeastern China to come to Singapore for training in areas related to public policy.
SCE is the implementing agency for this 6th Public Policy Programme, which will be focusing on Singapore’s experience in Urban Planning and Sustainable Development. The 24-member delegation includes party committee secretaries and mayors from Henan Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
SCE has tailored a programme for the delegation to provide a holistic learning experience according to their areas of interest. The delegation will be visiting relevant public agencies such as National Parks Board, Housing and Development Board, Urban Redevelopment Authority, etc. There are also opportunities for the delegates to meet with the private sector companies like Surbana, Sembcorp, etc.
SCE has also arranged for the delegation to have dialogue sessions with senior experts from the various government agencies, who will speak on the topic of Sustainable Development.
SCE and SCP hope that this programme will further advance the bilateral relationship between China and Singapore and forge more collaboration opportunities between the two countries.
