Singapore Cooperation Enterprise propose Changi Airports International pour coopérer avec l’Autorité Aeroportuaire de L’Inde dans le domaine de l’aviation civil.

Singapore Cooperation Enterprise (SCE) announced today that they have nominated Changi Airports International (CAI) as an expert party to cooperate with Airports Authority of India (AAI) in the area of civil aviation.

SCE, on behalf of Government of Singapore, and AAI, on behalf of Government of India, had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 24 November 2015 during the visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Singapore, which will see both parties promote and broaden bilateral cooperation in the area of civil aviation.

The nomination of CAI marks a first step for CAI to explore cooperation with AAI, beginning with the Ahmedabad and Jaipur airports on mutually agreed areas of cooperation. The areas of joint interest as outlined in the MOU are as follow:

a. Master-planning and design;
b. Traffic development;
c. Commercial development;
d. Service quality improvement;
e. Training and development;
f. Cargo handling and management; and
g. Operation and management.

The details of the cooperation are to be discussed and agreed between CAI and AAI following the nomination.
