Geospatial Advisory | Technical and Vocational Training

SCE is partnering Singapore Land Authority (SLA) to provide advisory services to Saudi Arabia’s National Geospatial Information Services Centre, General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information (GEOSA). This ongoing project, which started in 2023, aims to enhance Saudi Arabia’s geospatial platform by leveraging Singapore’s experience to help streamline and upgrade its features, with a focus on developing a “One Map” application that has been adapted from Singapore’s local variant.

In 2023, SCE successfully completed a study visit program for Saudi Arabia’s Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and the Colleges of Excellence, in partnership with ITE Education Services. The program provided valuable insights into Singapore’s approach to developing technical and vocational education curricula, as well as Singapore’s “entrepreneurship” and “skills future” initiatives.
