With sufficient notice, specialised workshops can also be arranged for delegates seeking deeper professional or technical knowledge.
Training programmes, which are more elaborate, generally can extend over several weeks or months for a more comprehensive experience. These programmes cover a wide array of Singapore’s expertise and can include technical and software transfers across various sectors. Depending on your specific needs, we can incorporate visits to public agencies, plenary discussions with industry experts, and dialogues with senior public servants. If travel to Singapore is not feasible, SCE can bring the training to your country, managing everything from programme design and expert selection to logistics and agency visits.

Consultancy and Advisory (C&A) involves foreign governments engaging SCE to leverage Singapore’s expertise in reviewing and improving existing systems, policies, or processes. C&A can also include feasibility studies to validate new concepts or strategies.
SCE sources domain experts from Singapore’s public sector, including retired professionals and private consultants, who bring extensive knowledge and experience to the table. For complex projects, SCE manages multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery. C&A engagements can range from short, one-week studies to more extensive and in-depth studies lasting over two years, with ongoing advisory support available to ensure the success of your initiatives.

Project Implementation involves designing, implementing, and delivering customised onsite solutions for foreign governments. Unlike Consultancy and Advisory, which typically concludes with a set of recommendations, Project Implementation ensures the actual deployment and handover of a system or solution. SCE can provide change management, ongoing maintenance or transitional support if needed. This process often includes an advisory phase and the rollout of in-house systems, with training conducted both in Singapore and the host country.

Project Implementation typically spans from 6 months to several years and is executed in phases, offering the most practical and value-added outcomes for you.
