Sun XiuShun Guinea Executive Leadership Training Programme

For the past six years, SCE has been working closely with the Government of the Republic of Guinea and Mr Sun Xiushun (SXS), President of Winning International Group, to design and implement the exclusive “SXS Guinea Executive Leadership Training Programme”. This initiative aims to groom young government officials with the potential to become future leaders in the Guinean public service.

To date, over 98 officers from various agencies and ministries have graduated from the programme, gaining valuable insights into Singapore’s administration and governance practices. These learnings are intended to be applied in the Republic of Guinea, particularly in sectors such as Infrastructure and Transport, Investment and Economic Development, Education, Technical and Vocational Education, Public Administration and Local Development.
