对外合作局与阿布扎比公共服务部门就公共部门合作签署服务协议
Singapore Cooperation Enterprise (SCE) today announced it has signed an agreement with the Abu Dhabi Department of Civil Service (DCS) to facilitate access to Singapore’s public sector and to provide public sector services requested by DCS. The latter can include advisory services, specialised training and project management services.
SCE and DCS have already identified specific areas for collaboration, including customised courses at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
SCE will also be retained to coordinate activities leading to the procurement of services by DCS and other Abu Dhabi government agencies from Singapore government agencies.
Speaking at the signing ceremony in Abu Dhabi today, Mr Peter Ho, SCE’s Chairman and Singapore Head of Civil Service said,
“This agreement is important in that it will help to forge closer ties between our respective civil services. We also hope that the collaboration will lead to business opportunities for the private sector.”
The agreement was signed by Mr Peter Ho and Mr Rashed Al Mubarak Hajeri, DCS’ Chairman.
